Job description

An established health-focused organization is seeking a

(Senior)

Communications Manager

for a 12-month contract to support strategic communications initiatives within the health business.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with business goals
Craft messaging for various audiences including internal teams, customers, and agents
Collaborate with Government Relations and Marketing teams on regulatory and thought-leadership communications
Support stakeholder engagement, including content development, events, and campaign rollouts
Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and media narratives to guide responsive communication

Ideal Candidate :

Strong written and spoken

Bahasa Malaysia

is essential with at least

8 years of Communications / PR / Marketing experience

Immediate availability is highly preferred

Malaysian

citizens or PRs

will be given priority due to quota limitation

Individuals with experience or strong working relationships with Bank Negara Malaysia will be highly preferred

Proven ability to manage both strategic planning and hands-on content delivery

Experience in health insurance, public policy, or financial services is an advantage
