An established health-focused organization is seeking a

(Senior)

Communications Manager

for a 12-month contract to support strategic communications initiatives within the health business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with business goals
  • Craft messaging for various audiences including internal teams, customers, and agents
  • Collaborate with Government Relations and Marketing teams on regulatory and thought-leadership communications
  • Support stakeholder engagement, including content development, events, and campaign rollouts
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and media narratives to guide responsive communication

Ideal Candidate :

  • Strong written and spoken

    • Bahasa Malaysia

    is essential with at least

    8 years of Communications / PR / Marketing experience

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Malaysian

    • citizens or PRs

    will be given priority due to quota limitation

  • Individuals with experience or strong working relationships with Bank Negara Malaysia will be highly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage both strategic planning and hands-on content delivery
  • Experience in health insurance, public policy, or financial services is an advantage
