Job description

To ensure all assignments are met with the specific deadline provided

To ensure proper follow-up with all the outstanding issues

To ensure compliance to customer requirements and other relevant authorities

To ensure all trucking to be closely monitored and reported

Work closely with drivers and transporter to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

To report any discrepancy during delivery to immediate superior

To report any delay or possibilities of failure to immediate superior before window slot

To assist operation in daily trucking activities

To prepare daily or weekly reports on all trucking activities

To liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operation issues

To analyze operation performance and propose the solutions for process improvement

To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
