To assist lawyers / senior in handling sub-sales, loan documentation, discharge, perfection, project works and other conveyancing matters.
To liaise with developers, banks, real estate agents and other relevant authorities.
To prepare relevant forms or correspondences related to conveyancing matters.
To update and keep proper record for all files.

Qualifications and Requirements

Pupil In Chambers

Bachelor of laws

Certificate of Legal Practice or equivalent

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Junior Conveyancing Clerk

SPM or equivalent qualification

Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in conveyancing

Hardworking & willing to learn

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
