Overview

Associate, Order To Cash (US Timezone) role at Pall Corporation. This role is part of the Order to Cash Department, Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS). Location : Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Supports North America time zone and working days.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and managing overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices. Work with customers to resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies in a timely manner. Ensure all collections activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Contact customers via phone, email, or letter to remind them of overdue payments and negotiate repayment terms. Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to collections.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to address account issues and provide excellent customer service.
