QA Specialist Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Specialist Quality & Change Management Engineer to lead Product Change Notification (PCN) processes and serve as the primary quality interface for both internal teams and external customers. This role combines quality engineering, change management, and new product introduction (NPI) responsibilities to ensure customer requirements are met while driving continuous improvement in product quality and manufacturing processes.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

PCN & Change Management

• Manage the PCN process including queue, review board (PCRB), matrix, approval tracker, and sample tracking.
• Draft and route PCN letters for approval and customer communication.
• Track and coordinate customer approvals, responses, and sample requests.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Quality, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth change execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry and customer-specific PCN requirements.

Quality Engineering

Position Requirement

Quality expertise : 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Change Management, in the field of semiconductor industry with knowledge of international standards and QA principles.
