The Role
INTIGA SDN BHD is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Project Assistant to support our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide administrative and project coordination support to ensure the smooth running of our construction projects. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to technical managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents and presentations
- Assist with coordinating project tasks and deadlines to keep projects on track
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and resolve queries
- Support the organization of project-related events and travel arrangements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Project or Technical Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced environmentExcellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management softwareKeen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindsetAdaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a teamMust speak and write in EnglishJob Type : Full-time
Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
