Project Coordinator

Job description1-3+ years of experience in implementing automation systems in logistics or warehousing. Experience in warehouse automation solutions, robotics, logistics processes and system integration (e.g. WMS, ERP). Experience with CAD software and / or other 3D layouting tools. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project) is a plus. Proficiency in English is required. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage. Effective communication and customer focused. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Source and coordinate with relevant vendors for the proposal of automated solutions and related services.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and maintain detailed meeting records.
- Assist Mr. D.I.Y. project team to manage activities throughout all phases of the project including system vendor evaluation and selection, contract management, design / engineering, delivery, installation, commissioning, acceptance tests and ramp-up of Automated Material Handling System.
- Assist in organizing training programs for operators, maintenance, and IT teams.
- Assist in go-live activities and ramp-up support.
- Compilation of as-built documentation and training materials.
