OSL is Hong Kong's first SFC-licensed digital asset platform. We are seeking a Merchant Integration & Operations Specialist to be the operational engine behind our strategic partnership, ensuring seamless technical integration and excellence for their fiat currency services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical onboarding and integration, from API / SDK scoping to go-live and production support.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring key metrics, producing analytical reports, and optimizing the user experience for fiat transactions.
• Execute growth campaigns and act as the central hub for cross-functional teams (Technical, Risk, Marketing) to troubleshoot issues and launch new features.
