Role : Business Analyst (Location : Malaysia)

Required skills :

a) Project Acceleration :

Support project planning, requirement analysis, and documentation.
Assist in stakeholder engagement and coordination.
Ensure timely delivery of milestones.

b) Operational Support :

Help manage backlog items.

Provide analysis and recommendations for process improvements.

Support testing and validation phases.

c) Knowledge Transfer & Continuity :

Document business processes and system flows.

Facilitate onboarding of future internal hires.

d) Reporting :

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports on project status and project issue logs.
