Manage accounts : Handle full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the latest accounting standards.
Prepare financial reports : Timely preparation and submission of monthly accounts, financial reports, and forecasts while maintaining effective budgetary control.
Resolve discrepancies : Investigate, reconcile, and resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
Support financial processes : Assist in monitoring Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Maintain cash records : Keep daily cash book entries up to date and accurate.
Who are they looking for?
Educational background : Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
Relevant experience : Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in accounting.
Attention to detail : Strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to work.
Self-motivated : Independent and able to work effectively under pressure.
Accounting knowledge : Familiarity with accounting principles, standards, and relevant laws / regulations.
Software proficiency : Experience with AutoCount is a bonus!
Language skills : Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
