Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a degree in Computer Science / IT or any related field. At least 2 years of experience in the relevant industry (IT Channel Sales). Ability to exercise initiative, judgment and prioritise workloads as well as the capacity to work in a team within a pressured and busy environment with multiple projects running simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent presentation ability. Good verbal and written communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to work in a team environment. Enjoy growth‑hacking challenges. Aggressive, result‑oriented with a good track record of meeting sales targets and objectives. Outspoken, sociable, self‑motivated, enjoying meeting new people and cultivating business relationships and rapport.
We’re Halodata an established Regional IT Security Company, headquartered in Singapore, distributing leading information security solutions to our clients and are looking for self-driven individuals who are passionate and knowledgeable in solution‑sales to join our team as Account Manager / Executive for our Kuala Lumpur office. About The Role
- Actively promote and sell the company’s Data Security solutions to our clients.
- Communicating with clients and gathering critical information on project scope, budgets and timelines to implement projects.
- Coordinating with support and technical teams to meet project milestones.
- Maximise sales activities and achieve sales targets by prospecting for new accounts and managing the existing portfolio assigned to you.
- Report and record all activities related to the job scope in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure good rapport and excellent customer service.
- Attend trade shows and assist during industry or customer events.
- Identify opportunities and develop ideas to deliver higher sales results.
