Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Trusted Advisor : Build strong relationships with business leaders, providing expert guidance on all people-related matters and serving as the primary HR contact for assigned functions.
- Strategic Partnering : Participate in business planning and strategy sessions, applying deep understanding of HR policies, analytics, and business dynamics to influence outcomes.
- Workforce Management : Oversee manpower planning, productivity tracking, and recruitment, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and governance standards.
- Performance & Rewards : Advise on performance and reward strategies, ensuring compensation is aligned with productivity and market benchmarks.
- Talent Development : Collaborate with the Talent & Organization Development (TOD) team to identify and develop future talent, support succession planning, and drive leadership growth.
- Change Management : Lead change initiatives related to organizational, policy, or personnel shifts, working closely with line managers and HR specialists.
- Employee Engagement : Partner with leaders and employees to enhance engagement, promote well-being, and cultivate a values-driven culture.
- HR Projects : Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects that support strategic priorities and operational excellence.
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with a strong track record in HR business partnering.Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence across all levels of the organization.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach.Resourceful, resilient, and able to perform effectively under pressure.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong leadership capabilities.Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.Additional Requirements
