Job Description
- Manage supplier and market information, focusing on key materials and components.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce risks, and control costs.
- Oversee supplier performance, quality, and compliance with agreements and regulations.
- Maintain strong communication with suppliers and internal teams.
- Guide and train team members on sourcing best practices and process improvements.
- Monitor inventory levels, JIT practices, and supply continuity.
- Implement dual sourcing and cost‑saving initiatives, while optimizing procurement and logistics processes.
- Use data analytics to track performance, identify trends, and support decision‑making.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.Solid knowledge of supply chain operations, departmental workflows, and commodities.Good inverbal and written communication and presentation skills.Strong project management, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities, with advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
