Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Kuala Lumpur for a Senior Executive, EB Pricing and Data Analytics. The role involves managing pricing models for employee benefits products, conducting data‑driven analysis to optimise underwriting decisions, and supporting product development with actuarial insights. The Senior Executive will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive enhancements in pricing strategies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and generate actionable insights from large data sets. Additionally, the role includes preparing detailed reports for business functions, providing insights to claim trends and consultation services through medical dashboard and loss ratio reports. The role also performs various experience studies such as inflation study, IBNR study, manual rate revision, expense study and others.
