Senior Executive - Fulfillment Center Business Intelligence

Overview

ZALORA is looking for an analytical and process-oriented person with an interest in fashion and operation management to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role will be responsible for leading and overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of fulfillment-related data to support operational efficiency, performance improvements, and strategic decision-making regionally in MY, PH & ID. This role requires expertise in data analytics, business intelligence tools, and a deep understanding of supply chain and fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Data Science team to resolve data-quality issues and gaps; align on metric / KPI definitions and measurement methodologies; perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for newly deployed data sources and tables.
• Define and scope business problems and propose sustainable, data-driven solutions.
• Maintain the current channels for stakeholder requests (e.g., data-accuracy concerns, deep-dive analyses to support process / system improvements, automated dashboards to monitor operational health).
• Review the data requests; assess scope and impact, set urgency and priority levels, allocate resources, and manage stakeholder expectations with clear timelines and updates.
• Coach and mentor team members in both technical skills and business domain knowledge.
• Lead the team to promote a data-driven, problem-solving mindset across the organisation; automate key metrics and insights in Looker.
• Support data and analytics requirements across countries; understand the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each venture and warehouse process.
• Contribute to and maintain the knowledge base; document findings and post-implementation timelines / chronologies.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring that the team stays up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
