Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operation and closely monitor site worker performance.
• Set “site” goals, oversee, and ensure on-time project delivery toward completion and optimize cost, i.e. to drive spending and cost reduction.
• Keep accurate records of employee attendance (time cards) and ensure on-time submission to management for wages payment.
• Record and report daily sales activities including work in progress, i.e. material and manpower consumption reports.
• Adhere to site Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and site safety policies by the company.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the site systems and equipment.
• Handle emergencies according to established procedures; report to management immediately and prepare and file accident reports to the respective authority as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company or government regulations to avoid job disruption at the site.
• Work closely with vendors or partners, main contractors, subcontractors, and others at the site to avoid site complications.
• Manage and lead the workers at the site, coordinate work in the appropriate sequence, and control time and quality.
• Manage and plan daily and weekly activities to ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, equipment, and machines.
