Technician cum Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of the project on-site to ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise at the project site.
• Conduct testing and commissioning activities.
• Ensure all project documentation is properly filed in hardcopy and softcopy.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure the quality of work and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with the construction manager, project engineer and internal teams to ensure project smoothness.
• Provide technical support and innovative solutions for on-site challenges.
• Establish and set up monitoring systems for Data Logger, Weather station, Inverter, etc.
