Job descriptionIjazah dalam Pengurusan Sumber Manusia, Psikologi, Undang-Undang Buruh atau bidang berkaitan. Mahir dalam Akta Kerja 1955, dan prosedur tindakan tatatertib. Kemahiran komunikasi, kerahsiaan dan kepimpinan yang tinggi. Mampu bekerja secara berdikari dan membuat keputusan dengan adil serta beretika. Menjadi pegawai rujukan dalam isu-isu berkaitan tatakelakuan, etika kerja dan pematuhan dasar syarikat. Menjalankan siasatan dalaman terhadap aduan salah laku dan mencadangkan tindakan sewajarnya. Mengurus laporan berkala berkaitan pematuhan integriti dan risiko kepada pihak pengurusan tertinggi. Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan penulisan laporan yang baik.
Penolong Pengurus Sumber Manusia
Kami sedang mencari calon yang berdedikasi dan berwibawa untuk mengisi jawatan Penolong Pengurus Sumber Manusia di Andalusia yang akan memberi tumpuan khusus kepada pengurusan disiplin staf dan pelaksanaan program pembangunan latihan.
Responsibilities
- Menyokong inisiatif budaya kerja positif, kebajikan staf dan komunikasi dalaman
- Menyelia dan melaksanakan proses tindakan tatatertib selaras dengan polisi syarikat dan undang- undang buruh.
- Mengendalikan siasatan dalaman kes disiplin dan menyediakan laporan serta dokumentasi yang berkaitan.
- Berurusan dengan agensi latihan luar dan memastikan keberkesanan program yang dijalankan.
- Menyokong inisiatif pembinaan budaya kerja yang positif dan beretika.
- Memberi khidmat nasihat kepada jabatan berkaitan isu disiplin & pembangunan sumber manusia.
