Job Responsibilities
1. Administrative Oversight
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, clerical personnel, and office assistants.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, records management, correspondence, and stakeholder inquiries.
- Ensure the availability of necessary resources, equipment, and supplies to support operations.
2. Budgeting & Financial Management
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage the department's budget.Monitor and control expenditures, review financial reports, and identify areas for cost optimization.Work closely with Finance to process invoices, track expenses, and reconcile accounts.3. Facilities & Operations Management
Oversee campus facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and security.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality services.Implement safety protocols, emergency procedures, and disaster recovery plans.4. Human Resources Coordination
Support the recruitment and onboarding of administrative staff.Manage personnel records, leave tracking, and performance evaluations.Coordinate staff training and professional development opportunities.5. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate effective communication within the institution, ensuring timely dissemination of information.Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.Liaise with parents, students, faculty, and external organizations to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.6. Other Duties
