Marketing Admin

Duties and Responsibilities : Marketing Admin works closely with the team on administrative tasks.

Summary of Principal Job Responsibilities & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities : Submit project expenses & claims.

Assist in collecting and compiling the project's demo clam receipts for invoicing purposes.

Provide general administrative support for Activation & Planning team, such as courier, memo circulation, etc.

Support the Activation & Planning Team on the Client's event coordination.

Work in collaboration with other departments, (e.g., finance, operations, and logistics team).

Assist the Manager in compiling records and reports on PP projects and submitting them to the HR department in a timely manner.

To be ready and responsible to perform any other duties designated or required by the management.

Academic Qualification(s) : Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s) : Minimum 1 year of working experience in any field.

Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Additional languages are added advantage.

Responsible, fast learner who can multitask efficiently.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
