ICT System Engineer

Overview

Sika Kuala Lumpur is seeking a System Engineer to manage and configure Azure cloud infrastructure for OT and IT services, plan, evaluate, migrate, develop, implement, configure, test, and update ICT infrastructure systems, transition new systems into productive operation, coordinate with external service providers, monitor performance and availability, handle incidents and changes, document ICT infrastructure and processes, participate in a 24×7 on-call service rotation, implement new ICT services where required, report on ICT service performance, perform capacity planning, apply ITIL-based processes in the network and infrastructure environment, develop and deliver customer-oriented services, organize training sessions on ICT infrastructure topics, support the company’s IT security policies within the team’s scope, and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on ICT topics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Azure cloud infrastructure for OT and IT services
• Plan, evaluate, migrate, develop, implement, configure, test, and update OT and IT infrastructure systems
• Transition new systems into productive operation

• Monitor infrastructure performance and availability
• Handle incident and change management
• Document ICT infrastructure and processes
• Participate in a 24×7 on-call service rotation
• Implement new ICT services where required
• Report on ICT service performance
• Conduct capacity planning for ICT resources
• Apply ITIL-based processes in the network and infrastructure environment
• Develop and deliver customer-oriented services
• Organize training sessions and workshops on ICT infrastructure topics
• Support the implementation of the company’s IT security policies within the team’s scope
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on ICT-related topics
