Job description

Overview

PCI Private Limited is looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to be based in Malaysia under remote work arrangements. This position is a 1 year contract role and will be placed under an Employment Agency.

Responsibilities

To perform MAP for new part
To update and create new vendor source
To maintain good filling system within the department
To dispatch sample to factory
To perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

With 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment preferred

Knowledge in Microsoft Office preferred

SAP knowledge is an advantage

Benefits

Annual leave, paid sick leave and medical / dental coverage entitlements

5 days work week (Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm)

Remote work arrangements (Working from home)
