Overview
Change Manager (Business Analyst, Project Management) role at Standard Chartered. An experienced and dynamic professional to support the execution of the Beacon programme driving core elements of design and implementation across the bank. This programme is responsible for reshaping the value proposition of Supply Chain Management encompassing extensive organisation design while optimising the processes for how the bank manages and delivers procure to pay processes across all spend. Working with the programme director, you will support core elements of business analysis to underpin either the target operating model or the spend optimisation activities. You will draw on a range of core business analysis skills including : requirement gathering, interviewing, change assessment, process design, financial modelling. You will work closely with senior leadership to manage a scalable, efficient, and future-proof supply chain operating model, ensuring alignment with the bank’s broader business objectives, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the execution of detailed business requirement definition in pursuit of the defined strategic changes.
Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to enact strategic objectives, performance indicators, and project milestones for the transformation process.Maintain the benefits realisation and business case viability assessment conducting variance and what if analysis as requiredSupport strategic decision making through the synthesis of key analytics.BusinessImplement best practices in supply chain management, as part of the defined programme plan
Regularly report on progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership, ensuring that transformation efforts are on track and delivering expected outcomes.Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring continuous improvement and sustainable performance throughout the transition.ProcessesSupport execution of a comprehensive change management plan that ensures smooth transition and stakeholder buy-in at all levels.
Assure communications, training and coaching to impacted teams to ensure alignment with the new operating model and effective use of new systems and processes.People & TalentBuild relationships across functions to deliver the programme outcomes against the set milestones

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or other relevant field. Certifications such as APICS CPIM, Six Sigma, or similar are highly desirable.Experience : A minimum of 10 years in a leadership or transformation role, ideally within supply chain management / procurement. Must have experience in full-scale operating model change. Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives and working with senior leadership.Knowledge of supply chain technologies (ERP systems, automation tools, AI / ML) and industry best practices.Skills & Experience
