Job descriptionGlobal L2 support for SE Asia, UK & North America SQL JSON / XML data formats REST API understanding and troubleshooting HAR file analysis and debugging .NET 2 + years in an application support or engineering role Reporting to the IT Service Manager based in KL Application support team is 6 people, multi cultural team, of various ages & backgrounds 100% remote work (has been 100% remote since 2021) Must be able to work on 2 week rotational shift Start times 8am, 10am, 12pm, 5pm (40 hours per week) You may be a software engineer, application support or IT business Analyst You may be retuning to work after a break and seek a 100% remote job Someone based outside of KL (may need to come to KL once a month) Diploma or degree holders welcome to apply
