Job descriptionExperience : Proven experience with a minimum of 1-3 years of work experience as a Quality Assurance Tester in the gaming industry or similar role. Experience testing with multiplayer games is a plus Technical Skills : Familiar with project management and QA methodologies, as well as software like Jira, Notion, Asana, Shotgun, Excel, Project, Confluence, or equivalents. Must also have experience with Unreal Engine. Communication : Ability to communicate with stakeholders and the team as a whole in an effective and concise manner People Management : Able to work as part of a team, and proven record of cross functional collaboration Problem-Solving : Analytical mind, Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude We Listen. Gaming QA Tester (Contract) at MON Co. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
What You Can Expect to Work On :
- Create, execute test cases and analyse results to help ensure the quality of the product
- Develop and follow test plans efficiently
- Create logs to document testing phases, defects, and track bugs
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Proactively demonstrate initiative, and help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release / post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process
- Estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate testing activities
