Test Lead (Onsite)

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Test Lead with 10–12 years of experience to lead the testing efforts for a new financial application / product. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience with modern technologies including AWS Cloud, NodeJS, and Java Full Stack, and a solid background in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5 testers across the software development lifecycle.
• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and processes.
• Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee test execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Ensure thorough test coverage including functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Drive automation initiatives and continuous improvement in testing practices.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical and domain expertise.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
