We are proudly part of Japan Post —## Primary Responsibilities Enter data according to Standard Operating Procedure and KPI setup. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files Record information into CargoWise system Check completed work for accuracy, attention to details and accuracy. Proactively communicate with customer via email Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential Explore process improvement through Continuous Improvement initiative Knowledge / Experience / Technical Skills Required : Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications , especially Excel and Word. Basic understanding or exposure to freight forwarding operations will be an advantage. Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail. A proactive team player who is eager to learn and contribute to team goals. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management. The role requires to work on a weekday–weekend rotation, with weekend duty scheduled every four weeks - subject to any changes that will be communicated At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
