Research & Education Manager
As Research & Education Manager, you will report to the Global Marketing Head within the Global Marketing team, based in our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia hub. Covering the APAC region with content creation in both English and Mandarin, you will serve as the bridge between complex market research and client‑facing educational materials.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead collaborative content creation initiatives by working closely with research desk analysts to transform market insights, trading strategies, and research data into engaging, client‑ready content across various formats and audiences.
- Develop comprehensive educational content for client seminars, webinars, and workshops covering financial concepts, market trends, and trading strategies across APAC markets.
- Produce product‑ and trading‑focused content, including detailed product descriptions, trading‑related materials, and user guides for brokerage services, tools, and platforms.
- Design and execute content strategies that support client education, engagement, and retention objectives aligned with business goals.
- Maintain editorial excellence and quality assurance by proofreading, editing, and upholding high‑quality standards for all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration by partnering with product teams, marketing teams, analysts, and regional stakeholders to align content with business goals and client needs.
- Optimize content performance through SEO and analytics by implementing search engine optimization best practices to improve content reach and discoverability.
- Create impactful seminar and presentation materials for client‑facing educational events and internal training initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.Minimum 5‑7 years of proven experience in content writing and management, preferably in the Fintech, Martech, Brokerage, or educational industry with a demonstrable portfolio of educational and technical content.Experience working with research teams or financial analysts is essential; previous exposure to creating trading education materials or financial seminars is a strong advantage.Technical and Functional Skills
Strong understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, investment products, and brokerage operations with the ability to translate complex financial information into accessible, engaging content for diverse audiences.Excellent bilingual communication and writing skills in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) with the ability to create culturally appropriate content for APAC markets.Proficiency in creating presentation materials using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar platforms; working knowledge of content management systems (CMS), SEO principles, and basic analytics tools.Soft Skills
Exceptional storytelling ability with a talent for simplifying complex financial concepts without losing accuracy or depth.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously, meet deadlines, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders and time zones.Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with analysts, marketers, designers, and regional teams; ability to give and receive constructive feedback to elevate content quality.Other Requirements
