Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR team to manage and streamline HR processes and operations.
- Provide support in data analysis and reporting to ensure informed decision‑making.
- Utilize German language skills to communicate with stakeholders effectively.
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and databases.
- Support recruitment activities, including screening and coordinating interviews.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures within the FMCG industry.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Analyst (German Speaker) should have :
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency in German, both written and spoken, is essential.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.Familiarity with HR systems and tools is an advantage.Good interpersonal and communication skills.What's on Offer
