As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing email campaigns that convert. You’ll manage promotional code generation via Shopify, design and deploy campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, and use performance insights to refine strategies. Key Responsibilities : Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo (e.g., welcome flows, abandoned cart, post-purchase upsell). Create and manage promo codes on Shopify, ensuring smooth integration with campaigns. Segment audiences and personalise messaging to maximise engagement and conversion. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop on-brand creative assets. Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and optimise for open rates, CTR, and revenue. Conduct A / B testing across subject lines, content, and send times. Stay updated on email marketing best practices and trends in DTC / e-commerce. Requirements : Proven experience in email marketing within a DTC / e-commerce brand. Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (campaign setup, flows, segmentation, reporting). Strong knowledge of Shopify, especially in generating and managing promo codes. Understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and compliance (CAN-SPAM / GDPR). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Nice to Have : Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma, Photoshop) for creating email assets. Experience with SMS marketing or loyalty programs. Knowledge of CRO and customer lifecycle marketing.
