Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage the entire token listing process, from initial contact through due diligence, deal structuring, legal documentation, token listing, and post-listing account management.

Lead contract negotiations and signings, coordinate operational plans, and ensure the successful launch of tokens.

Provide high-level client support, cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships with partners.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of token listing services.

Work closely with internal teams to refine and implement strategies aimed at increasing platform traffic, user acquisition, and revenue.

Requirements :

3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry.

A degree from a reputable university, with a strong academic background.

Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage complex business relationships.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a deep interest in the Web3 industry.

A results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and deliver projects on time.
