Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead QA initiatives across multiple complex platforms and projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Manage the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts in accordance with defined quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure comprehensive testing and seamless integration of new features.
• Mentor and support junior QA team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-driven team environment.
• Oversee defect tracking and resolution processes to ensure issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Assist in diagnosing production issues and participate in post-deployment testing to ensure system stability.
