Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in software testing or Quality Assurance. Strong knowledge of various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Basic programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages. Solid understanding of the trading domain is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both frontend and backend development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Proven leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior team members and managing complex QA workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage for handling related tasks. Job Responsibilities :
- Lead QA initiatives across multiple complex platforms and projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Manage the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts in accordance with defined quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure comprehensive testing and seamless integration of new features.
- Mentor and support junior QA team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-driven team environment.
- Oversee defect tracking and resolution processes to ensure issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Assist in diagnosing production issues and participate in post-deployment testing to ensure system stability.
