About the role

Mosulu construction & engineering in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our dedicated team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and direct the work of construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and address concerns
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Provide training and mentorship to junior members of the construction team
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures
