Overview

Technical Recruiter role at MHA Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle : prescreening, phone interviews, hiring manager interviews, background checks, and offer discussions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs on staffing needs, offering input and feedback to ensure effective hiring decisions.
• Fulfill hiring requests within agreed timelines while ensuring quality hires.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels — job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals — to identify potential candidates.
• Prepare monthly hiring status reports and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment performance.
• For senior roles : guide junior recruiters, manage subordinates, and assist in onboarding new team members.
• Work closely with payroll and admin teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Support employee relations (ER) activities to maintain positive relationships and promote staff retention.
