CRS Onboarding Consultant (US Hours)

We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.About you : We are looking for 2 senior consultant & 2 junior consultant.As a CRS Onboarding Consultant, you will be responsible for leading successful CRS implementations from start to finish. This role requires managing a wide range of activities, balancing shifting priorities, and ensuring timely execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives on problem-solving, adapts quickly to changing conditions, and delivers practical solutions that drive customer success. By guiding clients through the onboarding process, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth transitions, strong adoption, and long-term satisfaction with SHR’s CRS platform.This position is aligned with US business hours to provide effective support to our US-based teams and customers. Candidates must be comfortable working in this time zone.Day-to-day, you will :

Lead Implementations : Drive successful implementations, ensuring project tasks are prioritized and timelines are managed effectively.

Collaborate with Project Managers and clients to define business requirements and tailor CRM solutions accordingly.

Configure and customize CRS software to align with client needs, including data migration, integrations, and workflow automation.

Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective adoption and use of CRS functionalities.

Perform comprehensive testing and troubleshooting to ensure the CRS system operates seamlessly before going live.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation of CRS onboarding processes, client-specific configurations, and best practices.

Training overview of the product and understanding for production retention.Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Development, Product, and Support teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance CRS implementation workflows.Customer Support & Success

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding process.

Address client concerns, provide troubleshooting assistance, and facilitate a smooth transition to ongoing support.

Actively monitor CRS adoption post-onboarding, ensuring customers achieve their desired business outcomes.Process Improvement & Innovation

Continuously refine onboarding strategies, workflows, and improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Stay updated with industry trends, CRS advancements, and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Provide feedback to Product and Development teams to drive continuous improvements in CRS functionality.Your skills and experiences might also include :

3-6 years of CRS experience in the hospitality sector. Knowledge of hospitality or distribution technology is advantageous.

Knowledge of Central Reservation System.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with SaaS and the hospitality sector. Proven project manager with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software.

Ability to manage multiple projects, understand client objectives, and collaborate effectively with product and operations teams.

Energetic performer with a positive attitude, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to react and adjust quickly to changing conditions.

Excellent communication and client management skills.
