Job Brief

We are looking for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and data‑driven Performance Marketing Associate to support digital media execution across platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and META.

Responsibilities

• Primary PIC for on‑time media buy executions following media planning and strategy guidelines.
• Provide media buy results to assist in crafting media plans & reports for stakeholders.
• Research media buy industry trends, competitor analysis & audience preferences.
• Monitor media campaign budget usage ensuring campaigns are within budget and meeting performance targets.
• Client onboarding checklist liaison with internal stakeholders to start media campaigns.
• Conduct regular data spot‑checks and trend analysis of ongoing media executions ensuring reports are accurate.
• Provide operations feedback to Performance Marketing Specialists and Manager.
