About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase to Pay (PTP) Executive to join our dynamic team at Barry Callebaut Services Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd in Bandar Utama, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for handling the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process, ensuring efficient and accurate procurement operations.

What you'll be doing

• Process invoices and ensure timely payment of suppliers
• Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any purchase-to-pay related issues
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
• Provide support in the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and internal controls
