Procurement Lead

Our client is one of the leading companies when it comes to the manufacturing industry. Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Procurement Lead to join their growing company. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead procurement operations for Malaysia and designated regional markets, ensuring effective sourcing strategies and supplier partnerships.
• Develop and execute category strategies that align with business goals and regional supply chain requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to deliver cost savings, quality improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (regional sales, operations, and R&D teams) to align procurement with business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes, policies, and tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.
