Key Responsibilities
Accurately transcribe, type, and format documents in both Malay and English.
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Process and maintain files with confidentiality and in accordance with company protocols.

Communicate effectively with the team and report any issues or discrepancies encountered during work.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in both Malay and English languages, both written and typed.

Experience
Previous experience in typing, data entry, or transcription is preferred but not required.
