Account Assistant

Allpipes Technology Sdn Bhd ('Allpipes') is principally involved in the manufacturing of spirally-welded mild steel concrete-lined pipes for water, sewerage, irrigations, dredging and structural steel pipes for jetties, bridges and high-rise buildings. Situated at Serendah, Selangor, Allpipes's manufacturing plant, with a total land area of 20 acres, commenced operations in 1995. Currently, Allpipes is equipped with four spiral machines capable of producing mild steel pipes ranging from 100mm to 3000mm.

Allpipes's products are certified by IQCI (Ikram Quality & Certificates Institute) and SPAN (Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara) – the National Water Services Commission of Malaysia. In addition, the products have all the state water authorities' approval.

For our expansion plans, weinvite suitable applications for the following positions to be based at our Serendah Factory :

Responsibilities

• Assisting the accountant in maintaining and keeping proper records and account designed to show the company’s financial commitments and charges.
• Keeping adequate records and accounts covering the company’s business transactions.
• Data entry, preparing and issuing payment to suppliers on account due for payment.
• Assisting accountant to prepare cash flow reports, Creditors and Debtors ageing report.
• Issuing invoice and maintain invoice records.
• Preparing and issuing customers’ statement.
• Ensures that the anti-bribery management system, including policy and objectives, is implemented and maintained to adequately address the organization’s bribery risks.
