Position : BARISTA

Location : Presint 4, Putrajaya

Job Descriptions :

• Prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following recipes and quality standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders and other coffee-making equipment with precision.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment, utensils and surfaces.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery of beverages to customers.
• Upsell café products and merchandise to enhance customer experience and sales.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain café cleanliness, restock supplies, and follow health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements :
