Position : BARISTA

Location : Presint 4, Putrajaya

Job Descriptions :

  • Prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders and other coffee-making equipment with precision.
  • Greet customers warmly, take orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment, utensils and surfaces.
  • Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery of beverages to customers.
  • Upsell café products and merchandise to enhance customer experience and sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain café cleanliness, restock supplies, and follow health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • SPM or formal barista training / certification is a plus.
  • Passion for coffee, with knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
  • Ability to operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes for consistent coffee quality.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Helpful, courteous approach and resolve complaints.
