OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory items, including tracking, storage, and documentation.
• Assist in the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the business.
• Coordinate with the manager to ensure efficient workflow and communication across teams.
• Support management in planning, executing, and monitoring projects and operational initiatives.
• Maintain and update operational schedules, records, and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present regular operational reports for senior management review.
• Respond to operational queries and issues, providing timely resolutions or escalating when necessary.
