What you'll do

• Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
• Assist with ERP system implementation, including data migration, testing, and process setup.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to protect company assets and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits, ensuring timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements, including VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax.
• Identify and lead process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and legal teams to support business decision-making.
• Monitor updates in IFRS and regulatory guidelines and ensure proper implementation.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and participate in special projects as assigned.
