HR CUM ADMIN (JIWA KOPI & BINGSU)

Overview

National Institutes of Biotechnology Malaysia (NIBM) is seeking a Human Resources and Administration Executive to support HR, accounting and administration activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR functions : recruitment, staff attendance, leave, payroll and employee discipline.
• Manage statutory contributions : EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare offer letters, warning letters and other HR-related documents.
• Accounting — Perform bookkeeping, petty cash management, and monthly cash flow tracking.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and assist in financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external accountant or auditor when necessary.
• Administration & Operations — Handle renewal of company licenses, insurances and other related documents.
• Prepare quotations and purchase orders, and maintain efficient supplier coordination to support operational needs.
• Monitor office and production inventory and order materials when needed.
• Assist management in improving company systems, SOPs and documentation.
• Handle general administrative and clerical tasks as required.
