We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who speaks Mandarin to support merchants across Malaysia and Singapore. The role requires a passion for technology, a strong understanding of POS and payment systems, and a customer‑first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle off‑site troubleshooting, verify technical issues, and resolve merchant concerns via phone, email, and live chat within target SLAs.
• Conduct virtual meetings with merchants to resolve complex issues.
• Log merchant feature requests and feedback to the product team.
• Route leads and issues to the appropriate team using established processes.
• Answer how‑to questions, offer workarounds, and solve problems immediately.
• Demonstrate composure, resilience, professionalism, and flexibility.
