Job descriptionResolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently, while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changes and work effectively in a team. SPM graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply (Full training provided). KPI Allowance : RM500 Night Shift Allowance : RM400 EPF & SOCSO Sick leave Annual leave 5 mins from Ara Damansara LRT station and a shopping mall. Office is located next to housing area. Job Overview :
As a Customer Service Executive, you will serve as a liaison between our company and customers, resolving issues and providing accurate product / service information. This is an exciting opportunity for Mandarin or Cantonese speakers to build a rewarding career in customer service.
What you will do :
- Handle inbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and product / service issues.
- Provide accurate information to exceed customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with your team to meet KPIs and SLA targets.

Fluency in Mandarin and English Speaking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience in the service industry is a plus.
Office Location : Ara Damansara
Must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
