Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jasin for a Gas Station Manager. The Gas Station Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to safety regulations. The role also involves handling financial transactions, monitoring fuel prices, and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing daily operations and staff
• Knowledge of inventory management and financial transactions
• Skills in customer service and satisfaction
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the fuel retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
